Thailand’s government said on Thursday that it had discovered eight new cases of coronavirus in the last 24 hours in state quarantine.
The new patients are Thai returnees from Egypt (4), US (2) and Sudan (2).
The new discoveries bring the total number of cases up to 3,269 cases.
There are no new fatalities leaving the death toll at 58.
There was no new recovery in the past 24 hours leaving the total number of discharged patients at 3,105.
Currently, 106 people remain in hospital.
