Following the announcement concerning Covid-19 vaccines arriving in …the Islands next month, the KEMH has experienced a significant volume of telephone calls enquiring about vaccinations. As confirmed in today’s press statement, the Falkland Islands Government is developing its island-wide vaccination programme and more information will be provided once the details are finalised. This is because the timing of the vaccination programme will be dependent on having everything in place to deliver this effectively, so as to maximise the number of usable doses available.
