• Get a COVID-19 vaccine as soon as you can. Once you have been fully vaccinated, you can exercise indoors or outdoors without a mask.
• If you’re not fully vaccinated, keep taking actions to protect yourself and others while exercising. Athletic activities should be done outdoors when possible. Wear a mask outdoors when in crowded settings or during close contact vigorous activity, like playing sports.
