Data from the first month of COVID-19 vaccine safety monitoring provide reassuring information about the safety of the vaccines currently being given in the United States, a new CDC report finds. Most reports of an adverse event were non-serious. Common symptoms reported after vaccination included pain where the shot was given, headache, fatigue, and muscle pain and body aches.
