A new CDC report finds a COVID-19 outbreak at a Wisconsin correctional facility began with incarcerated people who were transferred to the facility together. CDC and Wisconsin Department of Health Services recommended the facility repeat test newly transferred people under quarantine and restart quarantine when a positive test result is received.
