Iran’s Health Ministry has confirmed 7,322 new cases of COVID-19 infection in 24 hours, increasing the total number of cases to 6,027,269.
Health Ministry said that the virus has killed 109 patients since Friday noon, raising the overall death toll to 127,918.
So far, 5,670,656 patients have recovered from the disease or been discharged from the hospital.
It said 3,582 patients are also in critical conditions caused by more severe infection.
It noted that 36,829,133 COVID-19 tests have been taken across the country so far.
55,511,128 Iranians have received the first dose of the COVID19 vaccine and 41,650,237 people have so far received the second dose of the COVID-19 vaccine.
Some 398,881 people have received the third dose of the COVID19 vaccine.
