A female was the only COVID-19 positive case identified on Saturday, June 5, from the 414 tests conducted by the Best-dos Santos Public Health Laboratory.
The number of persons in isolation is 26.
A total of 4,031 confirmed cases of COVID-19, comprising 1,951 females and 2,080 males, have been recorded since March 2020. Â The death toll from the virus is 47.
To date, the public health laboratory has carried out 173,381 tests. Under the National Vaccination Programme for COVID-19, 82,458 first doses have been administered.
There are also 61,191 people (25,133 males and 36,058 females) who have received second doses and are fully vaccinated.
