Rates of COVID-19 cases remain high across the United States. The 7-day moving average of new daily cases has been increasing since December 28. The current 7-day average for the period ending January 4 is 214,223 cases per day.
As cases rise, stay vigilant and practice healthy habits to help slow the spread in your community:
– Gather virtually or outdoors.
– Make sure that indoor spaces are well ventilated.
– Wear a mask over your nose and mouth.
– Stay 6 feet away from others.
– Wash your hands with soap and water. Use hand sanitizer if soap and water are not available.
